Making a trip

Making a trip

Various objectives need to be done when making a trip, for example, to find the best maps, get new IT equipment, to use a compass, modify the tents, use just the intelligent instructions, build bicycles, buy a low priced, but useful caravan or mark the best web addresses. Reading travel magazines to stay updated is however not recommended at least not every week. Reading travel magazines, especially the web editions, and then just selected articles is the usual habit of people interested in making a trip. Many travel articles are written with too many false information or prejudiced comments and the search for well-written articles often takes a few hours. The best recommendation is then, that travel magazine should be at least entertaining. However, a magazine with rock star attitudes, for example, can give the last kick on your route towards real adventures. Detailed information and entertaining narrations are the desired features when I chose intelligent and exclusive magazines. Changing roles and the numerous human attitudes are necessary arguments in planning the best travel experiences. Important travel magazines are the Backpacker Magazine, Outside, National Geographic and Geo Magazine. Not just experiencing new opportunities and lifestyle attitudes in big metropolises should be vivid while traveling through Europe, North America or Australia. Traveling to write more precise and skilled is a personal top tip when a tour is planned for the next weekend. Most travel magazines are offering often detailed narratives where we can travel when we want to experience a sole, but dazzling scenery. A more detailed check can't be done because we don't have that amount of time and the best sources of information at hand are not practically. The usual trip with friends is planned hastily, some even within a few hours and on the next day you and your friends are already on the trip, enjoy the ride and enjoy to meet new people. However, more complex plans are often correlated with difficulties.  Better information and higher engagement are then often asked for and the need for better concepts is increasingly demanding.

What do I need when I start to plan a trip?

A simple question has many curious categories and even the experienced traveler is sometimes surprised how many combinations will have a good travel experience. I can use various methods to find thrilling and monumental destinations, for example, the internet, travel books or journals. The internet, for example, has several hundred different web addresses informing people about new travel routes and cultural changes in various global regions.

The search engine Google is listing for the search term travel magazine almost 183.000.000 results, the website Yahoo on average 8.100.000. Next, to finding the right internet address for your own interest, tools and equipment are just as good as booking hotels or accommodations. The project Global Explorer, for example, is entertaining and focusing the attention, especially of people with an interest in geography and specific regional occurrences with global scales.

Before recommending any specific equipment company or self-equipped toolbox, I propose a mix of tent, hotels, caravan and other accommodations for traveling. Selecting the equipment depending on the travel routes and your personal preferences is often reaching the desired results. The internet has many iconic websites, you can just visit and experience a diversified, but intuitive usability, intelligently structured ideas, and pathfinding concepts. Whether at home or in your office, whether mobile or in an office, for planning a tour or developing a trip with your family and friends, you should use such a divergent set of IT and planning tools. This mix of tools and equipment is best described as modular. In the office, for a trip or as a tutorial for a workshop - you can use such a mix of different objects and objectives easier and with better know-how. Calendars, post it notes and tool boxes are often used for this purpose. Most important, however, is that such a system can scale different components, tools, methods, and aims and is for your own trip perhaps easier to use then just book a trip.

A modular board is just a recommendation but can get as important as other modern equipment, bike tools or train plans. Such a modular, digital or physical, can be useful for the start. If we keep in mind, that we use the selected tools not just with know-how but also with literally fun, we will have perhaps the best results and experiences. As most people don't travel that much and positive ideas are not often seen, I recommend a specific set of things. Most useful for organizing purposes are the following tools, either digital or physical. The preferred mix can be of branded products or open source software, from start-up projects or services from markets far, far away.

The usual package, I prefer not just for travel routes, contains these things:

Moleskine Notebooks & Sketchbooks

Lamy Pens

Faber-Castell Pencils

Google Maps

Physical Maps

Notes & Sketches

Weather Updates

Cam Websites

Intelligence Tests

Metronome

Stroboscope

Calenders

Post It Notes

Tuning Fork

Compass

Email Notifier

Calendars are used in offices or for public holidays, for projects and in entertainment productions. Travel, authoring, publishing, tripping and creating are also in need for this organizing tool. Wall calendars are seen in kitchens and living rooms, available in most shapes and colors, but often unmodified. Your purchases can be noted and commented, tasks for projects categorized, as well as holidays clarified. You can use such a calendar with pens and chalks, connecting LED's and keyboards and use digital informations. Sorting is then a recommendation and best training plans a result to make the biggest projects manageable. Colorful calendars are made for birthdays and parties and on every occasion with professional interests is at least one calendar in use. Usually, you record times and dates, seasonal information and best spots for traveling. Calendars are offering numerous opportunities to link and categorize every piece of information physical for example with envelopes each created with specific intentions or digital with tags and hierarchies. These calendars are used with maps, websites, notes, photos, and sketches. You can then highlight certain time periods, insert comments and use the concept board for various categorizing classes. Knowing how to fix the problem, is an attitude often asked for. When you the have special interests and individual preferences, you will even be able to make the decision informed and not just spontaneous. Coloring categories are the next step in planning the process and adding a new dimension next to icons and symbols. I use such a system with various other tools to update and better use the intelligent requirements of tasks and objectives. A cultural fair test, for example, is changing simple objectives for better results, a metronome is focusing on time instead of elements and colors are then highlighting verbal and numerical information with a third coordinating dimension. Such a simple organization is important for solving greater problems and focusing the task, snap appointments and organize larger concepts. Using frames for deepening travel experience can be utilized for further writings, information research, and journalistic intentions.

A modular concept board simplifies and clarifies unique and global components and is highly entertaining when used with skills, friends, and fun.
